Our academy offers exciting classes for children aged 4-15 years in Musical Theatre and Street Dance, where young performers can shine whilst building their confidence and having fun!

Stephanie Kemp
I'm the founder of SK Empowered Training, and for over nine years I've been helping women of all ages build confidence, rediscover the joy of movement, and regain strength—especially through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, menopause, or after surgery. I take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on physical strength, mental well-being, and community.
At my studio, you'll find everything from strength and kettlebell training to boxing, street dance, and pre/postnatal classes, plus a children's academy offering musical theatre and dance. SK Empowered is more than a gym—it's a space where everyone feels supported, included, and inspired to thrive.

I’ve been training in gyms for around 5 years now. I started out just really enjoying training and found that I naturally loved helping others along the way.
That’s what led me to complete my qualifications in:

My full-time job is as a Working Manager at a nursery, and I’ve been in childcare for over 20 years. It’s a role I love, and helping people — whether it’s children or adults — has always been a big part of who I am.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, running, swimming, and taking part in different events like Hyrox, Nuclear Fit, and the Sussex Masters Championships in swimming. I love watching people thrive, push past their limits, and achieve things they never thought possible — and if I can be part of that journey, even better!

Sam Walker
I’ve been part of the female fitness world for over 9 years - first as a client, where I experienced the challenges, breakthroughs, and lifestyle changes many women face, and now as a coach.
That journey inspired me to qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Women's Wellness Coach, Life Coach and
Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner.
I specialise in working with women on both their fitness and self-worth, supporting them through the different stages of life - from body confidence struggles to mindset shifts, from rebuilding after setbacks to stepping into their full strength.
Alongside my work here, I run CompleteSHE, a coaching community dedicated to helping women break free from dieting cycles, rebuild confidence, and create balance in their health and wellbeing.
Fitness for me isn’t just about workouts — it’s about helping women feel strong, confident, and capable in every area of their lives.
I also lead our Run Club, supporting all abilities to grow stronger, fitter, and more confident, one stride at a time.

Boxing Trainer
Paul Senior
Paul has been immersed in boxing, kickboxing, and Thai boxing since the age of 14, bringing decades of experience and passion to every session. As a seasoned coach, he’s committed to helping people build skill, confidence, and resilience—both in and out of the ring.
Currently serving as an England Boxing Coach Educator and an active coach at Eastbourne Boxing Club, Paul combines expert knowledge with real-world experience. He’s dedicated to pushing boundaries, training with purpose, and inspiring others to discover their strength through the sport he loves.
